Job summary

The role combines technical leadership, client advisory and practice growth across Aon’s CPAV team in the United Kingdom.

The successful candidate will direct complex quantification, provide policy interpretation, and manage relationships with insurers, loss adjusters and client teams, driving best practice and value

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) as a loss adjuster, claims manager or equivalent.
• Proven track record leading complex, high‑value or disputed claims for multinational clients.
• Excellent client advocacy, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong policy interpretation and technical insurance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quantification of complex, high-value claims and advise on process, methodology and market practice.
• Serve as senior adviser to clients throughout the claims lifecycle from loss event to settlement.
• Lead growth initiatives and coordinate cross‑practice collaboration to expand CPAV's offerings.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and ensure quality control across engagements.
• Manage relationships with insurers, loss adjusters and other third parties.
