An international insurer is seeking a Senior Claims Officer to manage large and complex commercial claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service and building strong relationships. This role requires experience in handling large value property claims, alongside skills in negotiation, critical thinking, and customer service. Join our team as an experienced Senior Claims Officer – Large & Complex. Handle large and complex commercial claims. Leverage your customer service expertise for success and growth in high-value claims within the dynamic insurance industry.
This role specialises in Commercial claims, offering an exciting and challenging opportunity to collaborate with our broker partners, customers, loss adjusters, builders, and suppliers for effective and efficient claims management.
