Senior Claims Manager

Using your experience within Property, Motor and Liability claims, you will be dealing with a varied claim portfolio from FNOL to settlement, responsible for ensuring company standards are met relating to technical and operational policies and procedures, data protection, information security etc.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

The investigation, negotiation, and agreement in settlement of claims, performing professionally at all times.

Liaising with insured, insurers/brokers/third parties to resolve claims in a prompt manner.

Communicating with overseas stakeholders.

Regular report production, complying with professional standards and internal guidelines and within agreed timescales

Administration of time reporting and billing, checking that internal standards, processing, and systems are met.

Raising invoices in an accurate and timely manner’

Attend client review meetings.
