Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Senior Associate in Internal Firm Services based in Bradford or Glasgow, with an on-site requirement of three days per week. The role involves assessing and quantifying financial claims, performing loss calculations, and preparing clear assessment reports to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualified in CII Diploma for Regulated Financial Planning (Lv4 desirable).
• Experience assessing and quantifying financial claims.
• Ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for learning new systems and IT applications.
• Highly organized and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Assess and validate claims by reviewing supporting documentation, gathering additional information where required, and determining claim eligibility.
• Perform accurate loss calculations and prepare clear assessment reports, ensuring all records and documentation are maintained in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct customer touchpoint calls in accordance with regulatory guidance and SOPs, providing a positive and compliant customer experience.
• Support quality assurance by providing feedback to the pre-assessment team, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring work is completed accurately first time.
• Monitor and own individual KPIs and quality targets, escalating challenges, queries, exceptions, or risks to the Team Leader as required.
• Participate in daily team huddles, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support enhancements to case assessment and claim quantification processes.
