Job description

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Senior Claims Analyst to join our clients Claims department. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and resolving medium to high complexity corporate and commercial property and engineering claims under minimal supervision to achieve a product that is of very high quality and standards. This role involves interacting with clients, brokers, and experts to ensure high-quality customer service and contribute to achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to proactively handle/resolve a caseload of medium to high complexity claims to a consistently high standard.
  • Ability to work on and deliver projects and projects and presentations to internal and external clients
  • Proactively assess and resolve assigned claims in accordance with instructions from the Claims Manager.
  • Handle claims in compliance with policy terms and internal/external claim handling procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive claims records and prepare accurate reports.
  • Identify trends and risks in claims caseload and assist with managing specific claims portfolios.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to acquiring the skills and experience necessary for career advancement.

  • University Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
  • ACII or equivalent industry designation or proven related experience in a Property CAR and/or EAR insurance environment.
Day-to-Day
  • The Senior Claims Analyst will assess and resolve claims, maintain records, prepare reports, and collaborate with team members to deliver high levels of service to customers.
