Job summary

Tokio Marine Kiln is recruiting for a permanent Senior Claims Adjuster to join our Claims team, managing a portfolio of Special Risk claims and supporting the delivery of the TMK Claims Business Plan.

You will handle complex claims, build strong client relationships, and work closely with Underwriting to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, while maintaining compliance with conduct and financial crime requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience handling Political Risk, Trade Credit and Political Violence claims within the Lloyd’s market.
• Strong knowledge of the London Market and claims best practice.
• Interest in developing expertise across Cyber, Intellectual Property and Product Recall claims.
• Strong analytical skills and sound commercial judgement.
• A collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ECF.
