Elvet Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Site Foreman for multi-million £ water infrastructure projects across central Yorkshire. You will lead on-site works, co-ordinate direct labour and manage HSE briefings, RAMS, and plant checks to drive delivery on time and within budget.

The role involves liaising with site teams, attending progress meetings and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards on a varied civils scope with project values ranging from £1m to

Competenze

• Must have proven experience as Site Supervisor or Site Foreman in heavy civil engineering.
• Ideally experience within Yorkshire Water environment.
• Must be confident with putting direct labour to work.
• Experience with toolbox talks, briefings, H&S checks, plant checks, RAMS.
• Industry qualification (HNC/HND or Degree) is beneficial.

• Assist Site Agent in project delivery to target.
• Daily briefings with workforce on site.
• Deliver HSE toolbox talks and conduct on-site audits.
• Direct multiple gangs in daily site activity and monitor progress.
• Brief RAMS and manage plant checks and permits.
