Job summary

First Task Professional is seeking an experienced Site Manager for Grangemouth to lead the delivery of long-term maintenance contracts and civils packages in a live industrial environment. You will manage delivery teams, oversee programme, quality, safety and commercial performance, and coordinate subcontractors and resources.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on safety, and the ability to maintain client relationships while delivering multi-workstream projects in a heavy industrial

Qualifications

• Senior Site Manager or Project Manager with civils/infrastructure experience.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience delivering works within heavy industrial, petrochemical, refinery or similar environments is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of health & safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead site delivery teams across maintenance and civils projects.
• Manage programme, quality, safety and commercial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and plant resources.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and site procedures.
• Support planning and execution of civils packages from inception through to completion.
• Maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships within a live industrial environment.
• Drive high standards of safety, performance and operational delivery.
