Aldwych Consulting in London is seeking a Senior/Principal Civil Technician to lead technical delivery on residential infrastructure projects. The role combines hands-on design with mentoring, backed by hybrid working and a strong client-focused culture.

You will deliver drawings and documentation, use Site 3D, and collaborate with engineers to ensure high‑quality outcomes for award-winning residential developments.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Civil Technician in residential infrastructure projects.
• Strong skills in Site 3D.
• Experience producing detailed design drawings and documentation.
• Understanding of highways, drainage and SuDS design principles.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and work independently.

• Deliver detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for residential infrastructure projects.
