Job summary

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with IStructE, ICE, or equivalent.
• Strong civil/structural design and analysis skills.
• Experience in regulated sectors (nuclear, power, or rail).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Mentoring and leadership of teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply civil/structural design and analysis across projects.
• Lead and review design activities, taking ownership for delivery.
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams for integrated solutions.
• Support bids and business development.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Work across office and client environments (min 3 days/week).
