They should have 5-10 years of experience, ideally in the oil and gas sector, and hold a BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering. This role involves interacting with clients, leading junior team members, and occasionally visiting sites.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years minimum experience in civil/structural engineering.
• Experience in nuclear, O&G, or process industries is required.
• Chartership with ICE or IStructE is necessary.

Responsibilities

My client is currently looking for several Senior/Civil Structural Engineer to be based in Manchester or Teeside.

Negotiable Rates - OUTSIDE IR35

Ideally you will come from an Oil & Gas background

Senior C&S Engineer working in a multi-disciplinary team, responsible for the delivery of civil and structural analysis, calculations, reports and specifications

Able to communicate designs effectively to the BIM teams

Effective communication with other disciplines and construction teams

Attendance occasionally required for site visits, design reviews and client meetings

Able to support and guide more junior team members

Confident and authoritative in front of clients

Experience Needed

5-10 years minimum experience, including experience in nuclear, O&G, or process industries.

Minimum BEng Civil or Structural Engineering plus Chartership with ICE or IStructE , CSCS
