Qualifications
Experience on Civil Engineering and/or Construction projects.
Experience in buildings, frameworks, structures, and foundations.
Active experience with planning techniques for tendering and contract delivery.
Responsibilities
Develop and revise the civil delivery programme.
Input into progress reporting and propose effective solutions.
Prepare a resourced programme and review outcomes.
Contribute to the risk register and undertake schedule risk analysis.
Work closely with other planners to identify critical interfaces.
Contribute to coaching and training of others.
Prepare bid documentation and assist with design briefs.
Skills
Civil Engineering experience
Planning software (P6, Microsoft Project)
Knowledge of NEC
Commercial and contractual interfaces understanding
