Job summary

Morgan Hunt are recruiting a Senior Civil Infrastructure Technician for a Glasgow-based consultancy. The role covers a diverse portfolio across Scotland and the north of England, including industrial, commercial, residential, education and energy sectors.

You should have 6+ years in civil engineering design, strong Autodesk Civil 3D skills, and experience in roads, drainage and earthworks. Mentoring and development time are provided to support progression.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in civil engineering design environment.
• Experience producing roads, drainage and earthworks drawings and detailed design information.
• Familiarity with BIM processes and collaborative design workflows.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Produce civil engineering designs, models and technical drawings for external works, roads, drainage and earthworks.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, design models, technical drawings, construction specifications and schedules.
• Contribute to BIM standards, workflows and management processes.
