Code Resources LTD is recruiting a Senior Civil Design Engineer to lead infrastructure, drainage and highways projects from feasibility through construction. The role is based in Manchester with hybrid working (2-3 days from home) and a salary of £45k-£55k plus bonus and benefits.

You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with Transport and Flood Risk teams to deliver high quality design packages. You'll be proficient with Civil 3D, Causeway Flow and Microdrainage and will drive technical

• Mentor junior engineers and guide the design team.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and mentor more junior engineers.
• Deliver projects from feasibility, through planning and detail design to construction.
• Work with drainage, highways and development teams to deliver infrastructure.
• Produce design packages and support technical approvals (S38, S278, S104).
