Stantec, a global engineering leader, seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to join our UK & Ireland teams. You will drive design and build projects for water programs, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior engineers to deliver world-class solutions.

You will work within collaborative teams to meet programme milestones, contribute to sustainable design, and uphold client focus and service excellence across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Incorporated or Chartered membership with a relevant institution (e.g., ICE, CIWEM).
• Proven track record developing detailed designs for water and wastewater infrastructure.

Your Role:

• Drive Design & Build Projects: Be a key contributor to major capital investment programs.
• Provide Technical Expertise: Offer innovative solutions, develop detailed designs, and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure Project Success: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About you

You will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with Incorporated or Chartered membership of a relevant engineering institution (e.g., ICE, CIWEM).

Ideally, you'll have a proven track record of developing detailed designs for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Experience working in a Design & Build environment, leading and mentoring civil engineers, and managing technical professionals to achieve holistic technical outcomes is also essential.
