Stantec is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our UK & Ireland teams, delivering sustainable water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will work on major capital programs, collaborating with contractors and internal teams to develop detailed designs and ensure quality delivery.

You will lead and mentor engineers, applying your Chartered/ Incorporated expertise while upholding client focus and service excellence across projects from design through build.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Incorporated or Chartered membership of a relevant engineering institution (ICE/CIWEM) is preferred.
• Proven track record of developing detailed designs for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in a Design & Build environment, leading and mentoring civil engineers.
• Ability to manage technical professionals and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Your Role:

• Drive Design & Build Projects: Be a key contributor to major capital investment programs.

You will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with Incorporated or Chartered membership of a relevant engineering institution (e.g., ICE, CIWEM). Ideally, you'll have a proven track record of developing detailed designs for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Experience working in a Design & Build environment, leading and mentoring civil engineers, and managing technical professionals to achieve holistic technical outcomes is also essential. Most importantly, you should embody our values and ethos of client focus and service excellence.
