Senior Civil Engineer

As part of this team, you will be a visionary leader guiding Civil Engineers through impactful projects, fostering teamwork, diversity, and excellence.

The Role:

  • Collaborate with directors and associates on diverse projects.
  • Mentor, coach, and manage Civil Engineers, encouraging growth and teamwork.
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery leveraging team expertise.
  • Manage project finances to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, exploring new project opportunities.

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in Civils 3D or drainage modelling software.
  • Experience with drainage networks such as InfoDrainage and MicroDrainage.
  • Understanding of national and local planning policies and Flood Risk Assessments.
  • Knowledge of UK design standards and experience working with relevant authorities on drainage and highway projects.
  • Ability to design paved and asphalt surfaces, earthworks, and industrial concrete slabs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building lasting client relationships and leading Civil Engineering projects across multiple sectors.
