Job summary

RGB, an award-winning consultancy, is seeking a hands-on Senior Civil Engineer to lead infrastructure projects in the Bristol area.

You’ll own schemes from concept to delivery, manage client relationships, and help grow the Bristol team in a busy South West practice.

This full-time role offers hybrid working patterns, a strong technical focus, and the chance to shape high-profile residential and transport projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure design across multiple sectors.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept through delivery.
• Strong client liaison and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of civil and infrastructure projects across sectors, especially residential.
• Manage projects from feasibility through to construction and approvals.
• Develop relationships with clients, authorities and stakeholders.
• Coordinate highway, drainage and infrastructure designs to be robust and deliverable.
• Mentor junior engineers and support Bristol team growth.
