Job summary

AECOM in Scotland seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary office delivering Civil & Infrastructure projects. You will lead detailed designs, drainage strategies, flood risk assessments and BIM-enabled work for public and private developments.

You’ll manage design teams, allocate tasks, develop resourcing schedules, and contribute to fee proposals while liaising with clients and authorities to ensure project success and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience producing detailed designs, reports and specifications with BIM integration.
• Familiar with Sewers for Scotland 4, Building Regulations and NPFs.
• Ability to lead projects and teams in roads and drainage design.

Responsibilities

• Lead input to and management of technical designs, modelling, drawings and reports for infrastructure projects.
• Supervise technicians/graduates, allocate tasks, and manage resourcing/fee proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, local authorities, regulators and external organisations.
