Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Birmingham to lead complex civil projects from concept to completion. You will develop designs using AutoCAD, Tekla, and Revit, prep calculations, and coordinate with internal teams and clients.

The role offers hybrid working, training towards a funded Chartership, and a generous package with a £55k-£65k salary plus £77k OTE, plus a company bonus and progression opportunities.

Are you a Civil Engineer looking to join a rapidly growing specialist consultancy, with multiple offices across the UK, in an autonomous and complex position where you will oversee all aspects of major projects, in a wide variety of sectors?

In this role you will be working on a range of complex civil engineering projects, across sectors, overseeing them from concept through to completion. Duties include developing drawings and designs, prepping calculations, and liaising with internal teams and external clients. You will assist in guiding junior engineers and with project coordination.
