Astute's Nuclear team is partnering with a government organisation dedicated to the safe and secure clean-up of a decommissioned nuclear power plant to recruit a Senior Civil Engineer on a 12-month contract for its Dounreay site.

The Senior Civil Engineer role comes with an hourly rate up to 53 per hour.

Key Skills Required for the Senior Civil Engineer Role

• Considerable civil engineering design and site experience.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and CDM regulations.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Location, Day Rate and Timeframe of the Senior Civil Engineer Role

• An hourly rate between 30.88 and 53.02.
• Inside IR35.
• 12 months contract.
• 75 travel and subsistence claimable for commuting outside of the local area.
