Job summary

Senior Civil Engineer / Infrastructure Project Lead based in Manchester with hybrid working (2 days in office). 12-month contract outside IR35. Salary £DOE; rate negotiable.

You will manage the delivery of major civil infrastructure projects across energy and substation infrastructure, industrial and quarry developments, roads, drainage and earthworks, as well as public realm schemes. This is a project leadership role rather than a hands-on design position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement.
• Leadership of project teams and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major civil infrastructure projects across energy/substation infrastructure, industrial & quarry developments, roads, drainage & earthworks, and public realm schemes.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Oversee project risk, schedule and budget to ensure on-time delivery.
