Are you a Senior Civil Engineer looking to join a company who invest in their people and encourage solutions that enrich the lives of their customers? Yes? This might be the perfect role for you!

This role is drainage focused, particularly for highway, drainage, earthworks and flood risk management projects. You will have experience of mentoring and resourcing junior team members with a proactive approach, as this will be important in your day to day. You will be project leader and manager of project finances and contractor liaison.

Required:

1. At least 5 years’ UK experience within a multi-discipline consultancy
2. Good working knowledge of relevant software for drainage
3. Degree in civil or structural engineering
4. Demonstrably working towards professional qualification
5. Interest in a variety of sectors
6. Experience of liaising with Local Authorities and design team members with a problem-solving approach
7. Experience in leading and mentoring a team

It would also benefit you to have experience of flood risk assessments, SuDS and bulk earthworks experience.
