As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll take the technical lead on a wide range of civil infrastructure projects, including highways, drainage, flood risk management, and earthworks. The role offers a healthy mix of civil and structural-led schemes, giving you space to apply your technical expertise, problem-solving mindset, and leadership skills across sectors like healthcare, education, commercial, defence, and data centres.
You'll independently manage the delivery of diverse, high-profile projects - from £1 billion masterplans to cutting-edge residential schemes. You'll be involved in all aspects of project life cycles, including client engagement, financial oversight, and quality management. Mentorship and support for junior engineers and technicians will also be a key part of your remit.

The company is an employee-owned engineering consultancy that's known for its innovative approach, collaborative culture, and long-standing reputation for delivering meaningful projects across the UK. 3. A proactive, collaborative approach to project and team leadership
  4. Current progression on a recognised professional institution training pathway (e.g., ICE or similar)
  5. A passion for engineering excellence, sustainability, and positive impact

Benefits:
  1. Be part of an inclusive, supportive team where your voice matters and your career is nurtured
  2. Work for a consultancy with Investors in People Platinum status - a recognition held by fewer than 1% of UK businesses
