Senior Civil Engineer

Leeds

£50k-£55k plus benefits

Are you ready to be a senior level Engineer, or are you already at this level and looking to join a company who invest in their people and encourage solutions that enrich the lives of their customers? Yes? This might be the perfect role for you!

This role is drainage focused, particularly buildings drainage involving civil and structures coordination. You will need experience of mentoring and resourcing junior team members with a proactive approach, as this will be important in your day to day. You will be one of the line management to support team members in their career development, so experience in this is required. You will be project leader and manager of project finances, and contractor liaison and management of health and safety.

Required:

• At least 5 years' UK experience within a multi-discipline consultancy
• Good working knowledge of relevant software for drainage
• Degree in civil or structural engineering
• Demonstrably working towards professional qualification
• Interest in a variety of sectors
• Experience of liaising with Local Authorities and design team members with a problem-solving approach
• Able to mentor and lead team

It would also benefit you to have experience of flood risk assessments, SuDS and bulk earthworks experience.
