Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree with at least 2 years’ experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, AutoTrack and ground modelling software.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Proven commercial awareness and client management experience.
• Team-oriented problem solver with proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Design drainage systems, roads, service infrastructure and earthworks.
• Prepare technical drawings, Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Statements.
• Work on SUDS, highways and drainage agreements.
• Lead site audits, feasibility studies, and manage client relationships.
• Mentor and support junior engineers.
