The role

You will be working with the team to assist in various aspects of project delivery. You will use your technical expertise to produce design outputs to support our wide-ranging projects. You will also support the well-established Transport Engineering team by providing technical input and assisting sector and client project leads across the business.

You will have the opportunity to work across other sectors within SLR disciplines, including Transport, Environmental Management and Compliance, Land and Water, and Environmental Specialist Services. Join an experienced team and engage in exciting challenges with one of the leading environmental consultancies in the UK.

About you

We are seeking an Engineer with consulting experience in the design of Section 278, 238, and 104 processes, as well as:

• Experience working within a project team, consultancy, or contracting environment
• Some experience managing projects and junior members of a design team
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience using AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and Microdrainage/Flow
• Knowledge of UK guidance Standards
