• Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 – Depending On Experience
• Company/Team Size: 300+ employees and 12 people in the civils team
• Projects: Residential, commercial, industrial, schools, hospitals

Key Responsibilities/Experience:

• Complex Problem Solving: Provide solutions for drainage, civil, and utility engineering challenges.
• Infrastructure Planning and Design skills:
• Develop conceptual drainage schemes.
• Negotiate and secure S104 and S106 agreements with sewerage authorities.
• Interpret and discharge planning conditions related to drainage, highways, and infrastructure.
• Use 3D design software for utility clash detection analysis.
• Develop infrastructure design packages from concept through to construction.
• Software Proficiency:
• Expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and MicroDrainage for network modelling in various environments.
• Technical Documentation: Produce technical memos, design reports, and drawings/models.
• Highways Design:
• Familiarity with UK design standards and experience negotiating S38 and S278 applications.
