The Company

A well-established multi-office Australian-owned consultancy. They deliver high-quality civil engineering solutions to public and private sector clients. Projects include commercial, residential and industrial land, housing and civil and roads and Transport and Main Roads infrastructure projects.

The Role

Take on broad project responsibilities and wider scopes of direct and challenging work. You’ll be involved with the design, technical support and project delivery whilst being part of a cohesive team. No big company functional silos, bureaucracy or politics.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Civil Designer, you'll undertake detailed design, documentation and modelling of major and minor roadworks, local area traffic management, subdivisions, commercial building developments & general civil works.

Key Skills & Attributes

• Ideally, you’ll have, as a minimum;
• Advanced Diploma Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• 8 to 20+ years of consultancy design experience
• Understanding of Austroads & relevant Australian Standards
• Experience with 12D modelling and AutoCAD (or equivalents)
• Subdivisions, roads, hydraulics or varied civil expertise
• Ability to undertake designs, manage projects and a small design team
• Impeccable verbal, interpersonal & written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously & deliver work on time & budget
