Job summary

Join AECOM's Aviation Infrastructure team to shape airports of all sizes across the UK. You will contribute to masterplanning, feasibility, and detailed design, delivering digital outcomes and resilient solutions for runways, taxiways and airfield infrastructure.

You’ll work with BIM workflows under ISO 19650, develop 3D models, and coordinate with planners, engineers and digital leads across Europe. A flexible hybrid work model and ongoing career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in airport infrastructure design and planning.
• Strong BIM knowledge and ISO 19650 information management.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D and Navisworks Manage.
• Experience with ProjectWise and BIM 360/ACC.
• Knowledge of airport industry standards and guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design airport infrastructure elements including runways and taxiways.
• Produce 3D models, 2D drawings and automated deliverables.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and project documentation.
• Support project delivery within programme and budgets.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across UK/Europe.
• Assist with model validation and QA processes.
