Are you an experienced children's support worker who is looking for a new adventure? Then join our highly valued team and start a truly rewarding career!

Salary: £34,084.00 - £37,509.00 per annum, based on 10 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £12.95 - £14.60 (depending on qualification). Opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep-ins. Rota given in advance. We are a 365-day service due to the nature of our work.

Essential requirements for a Senior Children's Home Support Worker:

• A minimum of 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• A full UK driving licence
• Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
• In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practices
• Values aligned with Esland’s, such as a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
• Applicants must be aged 21 or above due to industry regulations
