About the Role

Are you an experienced children's support worker seeking a new challenge? Join our valued team and start a rewarding career!

Salary: £34,084 - £37,509 per annum, based on 10 sleeps/month, with an hourly rate of £12.95 - £14.60 (depending on qualification). Opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates.

Hours: 173 hours/month, shift pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off, including sleep-ins. Rota provided in advance. We operate 365 days a year due to the nature of our service.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• Full UK driving license

Our homes vary from solo to three-bedroom settings, providing crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. We support young people's educational, emotional, and recreational needs, fostering their hobbies and interests.
