Keys Care in Shrewsbury is seeking a Senior Children's Support Worker to lead a residential team and deliver high-quality care for children with complex needs. The role includes 39 hours per week (with overnights) plus £62.64 per sleep, and requires a full UK manual driving licence.
You will mentor staff and coordinate services to support each child’s recovery and growth. Keys Care offers an on-site team, DBS coverage, a comprehensive induction, pension, and a generous annual leave package.
