Job summary

Bromley Healthcare CIC is recruiting a Children’s Safeguarding Advisor (Band 7) on a 12-month fixed-term contract, 37.5 hours per week in Orpington. You will be SCPHN-qualified, provide expert safeguarding advice, supervision and training across the safeguarding team and multi‑agency settings.

Working within a forward-thinking NHS-aligned community interest company, you will contribute to MARAC/MASH processes, ensure child-centred practice, and support staff with complex cases while upholding

Qualifications

• SCPHN-qualified practitioner with safeguarding expertise.
• Experience providing safeguarding supervision and training.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate across multi-agency settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide safeguarding advice and staff support across Bromley Healthcare.
• Deliver safeguarding supervision in line with policy.
• Design and deliver safeguarding training for staff.
• Support information sharing via MASH/Children and Families Hub and MARAC.
