Bromley Healthcare CIC is seeking an experienced SCPHN-qualified practitioner to join the Children\'s Safeguarding Team as a Children\'s Safeguarding Advisor. The role covers diverse safeguarding duties across multi-agency settings, including providing expert advice, supervision, and training to staff.

This Band 7 role (55,524–62,652 GBP inc HCAS pro rata) is a 1-year fixed-term contract/secondment, 37.5 hours per week, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to lead

We are seeking an experienced, SCPHN-qualified practitioner to join Bromley Healthcare's Children's Safeguarding Team as a Children's Safeguarding Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional with a passion for safeguarding children and improving outcomes for families. Working across a range of multi-agency settings, you will support the delivery of local and national safeguarding priorities, legislation and best practice. You will provide expert safeguarding advice, supervision, training and professional leadership to staff, promoting high-quality, child-centred practice across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing safeguarding advice and support to Bromley Healthcare staff.
• Delivering safeguarding supervision in line with organisational policy.
• Designing and delivering safeguarding training.
• Supporting information sharing through the MASH/Children and Families Hub.
• Contributing to MARAC processes.
• Promoting safeguarding learning, best practice and continuous improvement.

This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to children and families while working within a supportive, innovative and forward-thinking safeguarding team.
