Job summary

Keys Group is recruiting a Senior Children's Support Worker to join our Liverpool team (L13). In this role you will deliver high-quality residential care for children and young people with complex needs, leading shifts and supporting a service manager.

You will have at least 1 year in a residential children's home, NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work flexibly, including sleep-ins. Competitive rewards and a strong induction are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a residential children’s home.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
• Knowledge of Ofsted safeguarding procedures.
• Strong people manager with hands-on approach.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence; sleep-ins required.

• Deliver quality care and oversee day-to-day shift management.
• Lead your team and coordinate with other professionals.
