Job summary

Esland Group in Buxton is seeking a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our Orchard Farm home. You will provide nurturing, therapeutic care and support our young people to achieve positive outcomes in a safe, homely setting.

The role requires a minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care environment, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and a full UK driving licence. You must be able to work 2 days on, 4 days off, including sleep nights.

Qualifications

• A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
• In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice.
• Full driving licence issued in the UK.
• Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
• Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare.
• Aged 21 or above.
