Hours: 4 days and sleep nights on, 6 days off (365 rota)
Pay rate: £41,751 to £46,197 per annum, including opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate
What We Are Looking For
Bly House is a two-bed, Ofsted registered children's home providing immediate intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic support. Over a 12-week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Each placement offers PACE principle residential care, access to education, and participation in outdoor/adventure activities.

Estimated full-time salary: Based on a pay rate of £14.15 to £16.05 per hour for days (depending on qualifications) and working 12 sleep-nights per month on average (at £60 per sleep night).
