Job summary

Leaders in Care are working directly with a council in the West Midlands to recruit Child Protection Senior Practitioners. With recent funding, the service has four teams and a small number of cases per practitioner, enabling you'll support your team manager and help colleagues develop cases.

Flexible working is encouraged with local hubs and hybrid arrangements. OFSTED rated the council’s children services as OUTSTANDING last year.

Qualifications

• Social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.

Responsibilities

• Support the team manager to promote best practice and develop colleagues' cases.
• Work within a council multi-team structure with a small caseload per practitioner.
