Job summary

TSR Legal seeks an experienced Senior Childcare Solicitor to join their Coventry team. You will advise and represent clients across a range of children law matters, managing a varied caseload and providing clear guidance through often sensitive proceedings.

You will undertake advocacy in court, draft applications and correspondence, and work collaboratively with colleagues to progress matters. Applicants should be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with substantial children law

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with substantial experience in children law.
• Strong experience handling public law children matters.
• Sound understanding of care proceedings, adoption and relevant court procedures.
• Experience undertaking advocacy and representing clients in court.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively.
