The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) provides acomprehensive range of acute, outpatient, and diagnostic services. This roleinvolves working efficiently within a multidisciplinary team to deliver bothbasic and complex cardiac investigations across the Trust. Responsibilitiesinclude performing a variety of diagnostic tests for the Cardiac AssessmentUnit according to the daily workload schedule, providing accurate writtenreports for all investigations, and communicating effectively with colleaguesto ensure smooth service delivery.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experiencedand BSE-accredited Cardiac Physiologist to perform and report on both basic andcomplex cardiac investigations, including transthoracic echocardiography,pacemaker follow-up, and exercise tolerance testing. You will work within askilled multidisciplinary team, supervise junior staff, contribute todepartmental protocols, and play an active part in training, servicedevelopment, and research projects.
