What will you do? Make an impact!

Join our team to provide technical management services, support the Shift Manager, and organize site chemists to meet the site's business objectives.

• Support and control the site's analytical testing and assessment requirements, including all EA/UU technical issues.
• Ensure acceptance and dispatch operations comply with the company's BMS, ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 systems.
• Identify and report opportunities and trends in the site's technical control/analysis systems to aid continuous improvement.
• Immediately raise non-conformances on incoming loads following BMS procedures.
• Generate load/dispatch paperwork in line with company and legislative requirements.
• Coach, train, and support junior Site Chemists to ensure outgoing quality exceeds incoming.

Do you have what it takes?

• Experience managing a team of laboratory staff, including coaching and supporting junior staff development.
• Experience using BMS systems to manage non-conformances.
• Ensure H&S policies are followed at all times.
• Ability to generate activity reports as needed.
