Senior Chef Position

Are you passionate about being a chef and have experience at a senior level?

Do you prefer sociable daytime hours?

Our business operates 7 days a week, with flexible working rotas that typically include a weekend day.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen.

Our cafes offer the benefit of avoiding unsociable hours, with shifts ending by 4:30 pm.

Main duties include preparing and serving our homemade breakfast and lunch menus, including soups, snacks, and bakery products.

  1. 35 - 40 hours per week
  2. Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)
  3. Availability to work 35 - 40 hours weekly
  4. Availability to work at least one weekend day
  5. Previous senior chef experience
  6. Excellent communication skills and a positive team attitude
  7. Knowledge of environmental health procedures, HACCP, and record-keeping
  8. Up-to-date food hygiene certificate
  9. Relevant catering or cooking qualification or certificate
