The position of a Senior Chef de Partie to help prepare and cook award-winning food for a country pub situated in an idyllic village near Sleaford is available. As Senior Chef de Partie, you will assist in preparing and cooking the award-winning food for the restaurant and join a team with a culture that delivers excellent guest experience. An input into the menu development is part of this role; the food served is 2AA rosette standard consisting of fine dining in the restaurant. Having a keen eye for local and current food trends will be an integral part of this role. You will support the team to create original and great-tasting seasonal menus using fresh local suppliers along with regularly changing specials.
Requirements:
An ambitious, enthusiastic Senior Chef de Partie with a proven track record of working with fresh food. Must have at least three years of experience in a Rosette kitchen. It is essential that you are hardworking, have a good attitude, and want to work in a kitchen where you will learn valuable skills and experience.
Due to the location of this property, it is essential that applicants have access to their own transport.
