You will have the opportunity to work with an extremely established head chef, who specialises in only local produce and building his menu to reflect this. This is also a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for a more peaceful lifestyle in a highly desired location!
A successful Chef de Partie will be preparing meals and getting ready for service. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role, but training and the opportunity to progress within the company is given.
Minimum of 3 AA Rosette experience required but Michelin would be ideal.
