A well-established gastropub in London is seeking a passionate Senior Chef de Partie. The role involves creating high-quality dishes using British, locally sourced produce and collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain excellent kitchen standards. Ideal candidates should have experience in scratch cooking and a flair for developing seasonal and daily-changing menus.
We are seeking a Senior Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our passionate team. Our operation is supplied by some of Britain’s best producers, and we are a people-focused business committed to using the finest, locally sourced sustainable produce.. We are looking to add an experienced Senior CDP to work alongside our Head Chef, Ali Borer, and our stable back-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a background in scratch cooking, both classic and modern techniques, and a passion for delivering high-quality, interesting seasonal and daily changing menus. You will report directly to our Sous Chef and Head Chef.
