As a Senior Chef de Partie at Sea Containers London, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence across our various dining outlets, including our signature restaurant, bar, private dining, and events. You will work closely with our talented team of chefs, contributing your expertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of exceptional dishes that delight our guests. Key Responsibilities:

Take a leading role in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, demonstrating technical proficiency and creativity in your culinary creations.

Assist in the supervision and training of junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Contribute to menu development and innovation, collaborating with the culinary team to create seasonal menus that showcase the best of British and international cuisine.

Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices.

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in daily operations, ensuring smooth service and effective communication between kitchen staff and other departments.
