We now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Department.

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will need to master versatility and bring energy while performing various duties. The main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the entire food production process meets company standards.
  • Adhering to menu standards and ensuring all items are available and meet Park Regis standards.
  • Presenting food creatively to guests.
  • Collaborating with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless dining experiences.
  • Assisting in providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for hotel staff.
  • Communicating regularly with the restaurant team regarding product availability, wait times, recook orders, and menu inquiries.
  • Being aware of guest dietary requirements and allergies.
  • Working towards achieving the company's budget Food GP.
  • Purchasing supplies for the kitchen and other hotel services as directed, with proper authorization.
