The role involves ensuring contracts are compliant and aligned with growth and retention targets, leading marketing and promotional activities, and building client relationships to maintain contract retention.

More about the role:

• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and manage stock within budgets
• Build relationships within the company and client organizations
• Ensure standards, compliance, and reporting procedures are followed
• Support and develop your team, recognize training needs
• Hold regular team meetings to communicate targets and achievements
• Work with your Operations Manager on budgets and food cost management
• Develop and improve client services at locations
• Comply with company policies and regulations
