What Will You Learn?

As a Senior Chef Apprentice, you’ll move beyond the basics and intoleadership and operational excellence.
You’ll develop skills to:

• Supervise and support kitchen teamsto deliver high-quality dishes consistently
• Maintainoperational standards, safety, and efficiencyin a high-pressure kitchen
• Contribute tomenu planning, sourcing, and sustainability efforts
• Understand costings,stock control, and kitchen management systems
• Lead by example with a focus onquality, consistency, and mentoring others

This hands-on role is supported by structured learning that leads to anationally recognised Level 3 qualification, equivalent to A-Levels.
